Individual Coaching: Getting Started

Individual coaching sessions are conducted by phone. If you are located in Kansas City, you also have the option of scheduling face-to-face meetings. All paid coaching sessions are recorded and provided to you at no extra charge.

Step 1:

Email me to set up a free 10-minute consultation.

My goal for any coaching client is to provide strategic planning to help you develop the craft and business skills needed to start or grow your life story business. During this brief initial conversation, we'll have the opportunity to talk about your goals, your vision, and the current state of your business, whether it's up and running or still in the "I've-been-dreaming-about-this" stage.

Step 2:

We set a time to meet for our first session.

If you're ready to proceed, you can choose to schedule a one-time 50-minute session for $80, or sign up for four sessions for the reduced rate of $300, payable in advance. You choose the frequency of our sessions, but because a regular schedule will deliver the most benefits, the four sessions must be completed within eight weeks of signing up. Ongoing coaching packages (typically lasting 3-6 months) are also available.

Step 3:

Getting ready

Prior to your first scheduled interview, please fill out and submit the First Session Questionnaire.

If you choose to participate in additional sessions, you have the opportunity to complete the Ongoing Success Form at least 24 hours in advance of each meeting. This is optional; however, I find that taking a few minutes to review your successes and your challenges before we talk makes our sessions more focused and productive.

 

Scheduling:

Let's find a time that works for you. Send me an email with some suggested days and times, and I'll get back to you pronto on what fits with my schedule.

Note: If you've signed up for a package, at the end of each session we'll take a moment to schedule our next appointment. You can opt for recurring appointments at the same day and time, or not, whichever is most convenient for you. Life happens; if you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before our scheduled session.

 

Fees:

Payment is accepted at the time we schedule our first session, or you may pay here now.

Payment in full is required to receive the discounted price of $300 for the four-session package. As stated above, you will have eight weeks to use the four sessions before they expire. Nor refunds given for unused sessions.
